Video Reflection: An Art Teacher’s Summer in Taiwan

BGL and Tsai Hsing School were privileged to have the fantastic art teacher Jane Graham at our elementary summer school program in Taipei this year. Here is a video she made after a few weeks at her post teaching art:

Jane writes: “After two weeks living and working in Taipei I have already experienced so much. This video is just a small snapshot of my time to date. The music is a little boy singing into my phone on a class trip to a children’s clothing museum. The background chatter is the other students watching a cartoon.”

If you also are interested in teaching abroad, please visit our employment page for our current opportunities.

Post update 8/25/14:

Jane writes: After six weeks in Taiwan here is a collection of many of my favorite photos of teaching and traveling throughout the main island as well as side trips to Penghu and Kinmen. The background music is a combination of a man playing his flute with cicada accompaniment and a six year old Tsai Hsing student who was my companion on a class trip.
